Kelly was born in Vietnam. When she was fifteen years old, her family moved to Charlotte, NC, which she calls home. Kelly is licensed in NC/SC and is very familiar with all of Charlotte as well Gaston and Union county areas, Fort Mill, Tega Cay and Rock Hill. She currently resides in Tega Cay, South Carolina.
