Its been a whirlwind of a week and half. Last week I attended "Sell-a-bration". Sell-a-brationis the annual educational conference organized and hosted by the Council of Residential Specialists. Since 1989, this event has provided residential Realtors with a forum to discover new ideas, share proven results and network with other like-minded professionals. I was on the keynote panel. our topic was lead conversion, the moderator was Rob Levy of Prudential Northwest Properties, Portland Oregon and my fellow panelists were Jodi Bakst of Chapel Hill Realty Group, Chapel Hill North Carolina and Ron Kubek of Keller Williams Realty West, Victoria BC.

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.

Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently, there are more than 30,000 active CRS Designees.

Then I was on to the annual STAR POWER conference in Murfressboro TN! For more than 20 years, STAR POWER has been the #1 brand in real estate education. Its an organization that brings together the top agents from all over the country. These agents host break out sessions teaching and sharing with other agents who want to learn. This the best place to gather valuable business-building tools from the best in the business. Powerhouses such as Alex Charfen, Howard Brinton, Dave Liniger, Alex Perriello, and Dave Ramsey were all speakers sharing their insight and advice on how to grow your business in a changing market.

I have come home with so many ideas to enhance my business and the lives of my customers and clients. I want to thank all of the agents and the staff at STAR POWER who took their time to make this event such a success.
